Houseplants: Sprinkle a thin layer on top and work into soil, water from top. Apply every 2 months.

Garden: Line bottom and side of hole/furrow with castings, place plant/seed and cover. Slide dress with 1/2 cup per plant every 2 months during growing season.

Planting: Mix 1 part worm castings with 3 or 4 parts potting soil and place plant.
